- Assist the set-up operating processes, Standard Operating Procedures, systems & controls
• Develop & Execute the Journey plans
• Design & Plan innovative transport solutions
• Follow up with the drivers Vehicles inspection
• Be involved with the logistics planning process in order to plan & executive the transport management operation efficiently & effectively
• Assist the operations manager to implement quality/productivity initiatives to ensure continual improvement
• Responsible for the TMS (Transportation Management System) & its development
• Set transport targets/KPI’s & performance evaluation of same on regular basis ensuring continual improvement
• Control the IVMS for his fleet.
